Dear “2008”: You have no idea how much I will NOT miss you. Definitely looking forward to 2009.
Same cursing woman an hr later (after she was serviced) turned to everyone waiting, smiled, and said “May God bless you all” and walked out.
Witnessed/overheard in line at the NJ Unemployment Office: “I did NOT take your ticket! NOW GET YOUR RABID-ASS HEAD OUT OF MY FACE!!”

Trying Twhirl (again) instead of TweetDeck. Not sure I’m liking it. Maybe it’s the color scheme(s) and/or font… yeah, I know… I’m picky.

I’m liking the Amazon Kindle, but will prolly wait for 2nd Gen. Any news on the ETA?
Glad I cleaned my gutters. Something from Spore was growing up there.
Wii Guitar Hero World Tour now includes Motorhead (Overkill). “You know that song daddy?!” I love it! LOL
My 7 yr old is playing Wii Guitar Hero and Gwen Stefani comes on… “oh not this lady… she’s nuts… she won’t stand still” :-D
Temps into the 60’s today. My chance to clean the gutters (something I should’ve done a month ago & last Spring!). Oh the joy…
I love my 2 year old’s blunt honesty: “Your hair is ug-ah-wee… you need a haircut”.
WTF: Toys that use button cell batteries. Those toys r going in the garbage when batts run out. Replacements prolly cost more than the toy.
Speaking of batteries, a fave joke from Steven Wright: “I bought batteries, but they weren’t included… so I had to buy them again.” :-)
Can’t believe Christmas is over (actually, yes I can). Well, now it’s off to the stores to RETURN everything.
my Twitterank is 15.85! http://twitterank.com/view/kw2dio

Binging on Raspberry Almond Shortbread cookies. I’m doomed.
Getting hooked on eBooks again (I read most of Dan Brown’s books on an iPaq). This time lovin’ Stanza on iPhone. Any store recommendations?
Some gifts for the kids… Remote control helicopter and Hydrogen powered car. Wild!
Reliving my childhood with Rock’em Sock’em Robots. ¡Derrumba su bloque! Thanks Mattel.
OD’ing on homemade chocolate chip cookies. My winter weight gain is already out of control. :-/

Heat now working! It’s a Festivus Miracle!! For those interested, it was a broken ground wire and defective Fenwal Direct Spark Ignition.
Earthquake in Italy *an hour ago* and not reported yet on a lot of news sites. That’s why I love Twitter: http://is.gd/40PR
I don’t wish this on anyone: 2 days before Christmas and I have to go to Toys-R-Us to buy a gift. :-o …can’t…stop…twitching…
On 2nd thought, forget about kids gifts. I need to find me a pair of $240 sneakers with Michael Jordan’s fingerprint on them. <eye roll>
Heat still not working. Need a Festivus Miracle (or just the PSE&G repairman).
Only 10% of execs surveyed have deployed Windows Vista in their companies. I wonder if they’d like Mojave better.
Jacked-up on coffee, hot cocoa, and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Finished a Sudoku in 30 seconds. Gonna go chop wood now.
The heat is not working in my house. Forecast is ~14 degree (F) temps tonite. RUH ROH.
Looks like Lifestream.fm is down. Switched back to FriendFeed (for sidebar on http://www.Exit171.com). FF widget looks updated. Me likey.
I AM *SO* DONE shoveling snow this winter. Alright, well, maybe just for today.
Getting ready to shovel a whole mess of wet heavy snow.
Printing Christmas card pics using a Kodak EasyShare 500 photo printer (dye-sub). Nice job Kodak!
Looks like Twitter removed ~15 spammers from my follower list. Cool. Didn’t know I had that many (~20% of my list).

Whenever I hear the Guggenheim mentioned, I always think of George Costanza on Seinfeld fabricating a story that he architected a new addition to the famous museum in New York City. Too funny.
I haven’t visited the Guggenheim yet, but this Travel and Leisure article written by my friend Esther Haynes is yet another reason...
Relaxin’ by the fire with a Cab. About to pass out (from exhaustion).
Me likey Columbia Valley, WA Cabernet.
Taking pics in Central Park for several hours in 20 degree (F) weather was not fun. Lots of dedicated runners. Wanted 2 run 2 (2 keep warm).
Speaking of ear buds, my iPhone pair made it through an inadvertent wash and dry cycle. They still work!
Unreal how many people on the subway think they’re on American Idol when wearing their ear buds. You sound pa-thet-ic. Shut the %#& up!
Heading to NYC shortly to take pictures of people running in Central Park. Looks like we got more snow/ice last night. WTF!
Been using Mint.com for a few months now and love it. Awesome that they just released an iPhone app. Good stuff!
Forget what I said about shoveling snow and great exercise. GET ME A SNOWBLOWER! More snow this weekend and it’s not officially winter yet.
Still snowing in Northern NJ, but shoveled anyway. Great exercise. Glad it was mostly powder (>6”). Here comes the wet stuff. :-o
Apparently my Saturday morning photo shoot in Central Park (NY Road Runners race) is still on. Should be interesting.
